Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from LumaGlow™.
If you are not completely happy with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your product.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Returns sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method automatically.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.
