All Sales Are Final
All LumaGlow purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law.

Shipping Damage
LumaGlow is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage that occurs while an order is in transit after it has been transferred to the shipping carrier. Any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law are not affected.

Shipping Protection
Shipping protection fees are non-refundable, including when an order is delivered successfully or a claim is not filed.

Mystery Boxes
All Mystery Box purchases are final sale and non-refundable. Due to the surprise nature of these products, Mystery Boxes cannot be returned or exchanged.
