AI-Generated Content & Product Representation

Some videos, images, advertisements, and other promotional content used by LumaGlow may be created, enhanced, or modified using artificial intelligence (AI). AI-generated content may make products appear more polished, vivid, detailed, or visually enhanced than they appear in person.

Actual products may vary in appearance, including color, brightness, size, texture, finish, lighting effects, proportions, and other visual characteristics. Promotional content should be considered illustrative and may not represent the exact appearance or performance of the physical product you receive.

Shipping Damage

LumaGlow is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage that occurs while an order is in transit after it has been transferred to the shipping carrier. Any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law are not affected.

Shipping Protection

Shipping protection fees are non-refundable, including when an order is delivered successfully or a claim is not filed.

Mystery Boxes

All Mystery Box purchases are final sale and non-refundable. Due to the surprise nature of these products, Mystery Boxes cannot be returned or exchanged.
