Order Processing
All LumaGlow orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

Estimated Delivery
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 8–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. LumaGlow is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays, loss, theft, or damage may be outside LumaGlow’s control. Please contact us if you experience an issue, and we’ll help determine the appropriate next steps. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Shipping Protection
If shipping protection is offered and purchased at checkout, the shipping protection fee itself is non-refundable. Coverage and claim eligibility are subject to the terms shown when purchasing the protection.
